Principal Broker of Pioneer Realty
Founder of Rich Agent Coaching
Jesse bought his first investment property in 1983 at age 18, what would today be called a flip, and realized that he had found his calling.
After graduating with an MBA in Real Estate and Urban Land Development from Virginia Commonwealth University, he earned his Real Estate License in 1989 and started Pioneer Realty with his father the same year.
Jesse has often been referred to as a reclusive, semi-retired real estate agent that sold 100 homes a year for six straight years, broke all the rules for how the real estate business is supposed to work, and became a multi-millionaire in the process.
Today, Jesse is actively involved in the acquisition of existing apartment communities with a strong value add component and the development of new residential communities. Pioneer Realty has morphed from a traditional full-service real estate firm to a management firm handling not only his rental properties but also those of a select few that recognize and demand high-quality service.
In 2021, he began developing apartment communities and subdivisions.
Jesse has authored two books; ‘Irresistibleness, The Art of Seductive Selling’ & ‘What I Wish They Had Told Me When I Got My Real Estate License’, three courses specifically for real estate agents who desire to efficiently list and sell homes in high volume and to wisely invest so they can retire early, and he is the editor and publisher of a monthly newsletter, ‘The Landlord MinuteTM’.
A sharer of knowledge, he also teaches other like-minded entrepreneurs how to invest in great income-producing properties, from single-family homes to small multi-family properties to apartment communities.
And most important of all, Jesse is a husband (he married his high school sweetheart) & father of three great children.
Jesse can best be reached at [email protected] or (804) 746-1512 ext 105.
